This search marketing role will see you working in a fast growing online marketing team within an integrated marketing agency. You will be working on many high profile accounts across a variety of sectors. Excellent career opportunities on offer for the right candidate.

Key duties include:

The day to day management of a spectrum of client accounts across SEO, Analytics and other online marketing tasks – responsibilities include:

  • SEO – natural optimisation of websites according to client objectives - competitor and keyword research, meta and on-page optimisation / link development. CMS/HTML implementation and the ability to report on and demonstrate results achieved
  • Analytics - account set-up (usually Google Analytics), implementation, benchmarking, goal tracking, interpretation of data for KPI/ROI measurement and reporting this to the client
  • Client communication – via telephone, email and regular face to face meetings is vital. You must regularly review KPIs set for existing activities, discuss account development and actively identify new online marketing opportunities for your clients

You will have:

  • At least 1-2 year’s search marketing experience; preferably within an agency environment
  • Proven experience of achieving high ‘organic’ search engine rankings– examples will be requested
  • Proven experience of analytics account and data management; Google analytics preferably
  • The ability to recognise structural barriers of a website to limiting successful SEO and advise/action accordingly how to remedy these issues
  • HTML implementation of meta and on-page amends is preferable although not essential
  • Knowledge of paid search management would be an advantage but not essential

You must be:

  • Highly motivated and passionate about search marketing
  • Able to manage your own workload within a results and deadline driven environment, prioritising workflow accordingly – This is a must
  • Attentive to detail with excellent organisational skills and an analytical mind to provide ongoing reporting and consultancy
  • You will be client facing and as such should be well presented, articulate, and a confident communicator
