  • Assess all candidates by phone interview prior to short-listing their CV for consideration (face to face meetings can be carried out, if requested)

In addition, we can test numeracy, literacy and office skills of candidates and offer psychometric and tailored testing. Should you require it, we can also check two references and pre-qualify any sales figures, targets or achievements prior to interview.
